  • NEXUS Evaluation/Letter

    Evaluation: Conducted by an LCSW specialized working with PTSD, military-related trauma, other conditions, and Veterans
     
    • Complete an Initial Consultation
    • Prepare your documentation to support claim
    • Comprehensive Assessment
    • Review and Obtain NEXUS Letter
    • Submit the NEXUS letter to the VA to support your claim
    • Consult with Veteran Service Officer (VSO) or Legal Advisor
    • Please note a NEXUS letter is not a guarantee of benefits.

  • Emotional Support Animal (ESA)

    250$
    ESA Evaluation for ESA Letter
     
    • You will meet with a MH Therapist Virtually
    • *You must reside in the State of Texas*
    • You will complete an assessment with a MH Therapist
    • Your MH Therapist will conduct an evaluation
    • Explain how your disability affects you?
    • Additionally, explain how an ESA might help?
    • You do not need to bring your animal to your Virtual Appt.
    • Insurance doesn't cover the cost. Self-pay only *
    • If approved, letter can be obtain in 72 business hours.
    • You are only required to attend one session.
